Shipping Policy

Free Ground Shipping:

Qualifications:
  • Order must total $25 or more.
  • "Ground" shipping only
    • Ship-to address must be inside the contiguous 48 United States.
    • Ground shipping is not available to HI, PR or AK.
      For rate calculation to these locations, please select 2nd Day Air as your shipping method.
Orders under $25:
  • Shipping will be added based on the current shipping rate table and varies depending on the item(s), the destination of the order and the method selected.

Shipping is Nonrefundable: "Free" Ground Shipping is synonymous with "Included" or "At No Additional Charge" Ground Shipping. The shipping carriers do not ship for free which means we do pay the shipping when your order is shipped.
  • If you cancel your order after we have incurred shipping expense, shipping will be deducted from any refund. Please review our cancellation policy.
  • If you return your order, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from any refund. Please review our return policy.

Shipping Time:

  • We ship most orders the same or next business day after they are placed.
    Check the "Availability" listing on the product you ordered for our best estimate.
  • Time in transit for Ground shipments usually takes no more than 3 to 5 business days. Please see our Time in Transit Maps.
  • You will be sent an e-mail update on your order by the end of the next business day after the order was placed, whether it shipped or not. Please do not inquire about the status sooner than this because the order is being processed and it will only delay the efficient processing of your order.

For Air Shipments (Next Day, 2nd Day and 3-Day Select):

To ensure same business day shipping for your Air shipments:
  • Place the order before 12:00 PM Central, Monday-Friday and
  • Call 1-866-737-8524 with your order number for confirmation.
Otherwise, the order may ship the next business day after it is placed.

Ship Complete:

If you order supplies (bags, belts, filters, etc.) and they are back ordered, those back ordered accessories will be removed from the order and the order amount adjusted accordingly unless you check the "Ship Complete?" check box indicating that you want us to hold the entire order until all items are available to ship.

General Shipping Policies:


Any order that requires an adjustment to the shipping amount will NOT be automatically charged but the corrections will be e-mailed for verification BEFORE processing the order.

  • Unless otherwise stated, shipping will be added based on the current shipping rate table and varies depending on the item(s), the destination of the order and the method selected.
  • Shipping is nonrefundable.
  • The shopping cart cannot accurately calculate shipments that total over 150 pounds.
  • We do not ship overseas or internationally.
  • We no longer ship to APO/FPO because there is no tracking capability to these locations.
