Return Policy

Returns for Refund:

(Please be sure to include your order number in all correspondence.)

DOA:If your merchandise is damaged or defective upon arrival, please read the Damaged or Defective On Arrival section below.

Return Period:You may request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee:A 10% re-stocking fee will apply to all returns for refund.
Shipping Costs:Shipping is non-refundable. (Items purchased with Free Ground Shipping will have actual shipping charges deducted from the refund.)
 

Return Policy Exceptions, Exclusions and Conditions:

Accessories:such as bags, belts, filters, etc., must be unopened to qualify for return.
Ovens,
Microwaves &
Air Conditioners
may ONLY be returned for replacement (Not Refund) under DOA (Dead On Arrival) status as outlined in our Damaged or Defective On Arrival section below.
Condition: All returns for refund must be in 'Like-New', 'Resalable' condition, in the original box and include all original packaging and materials.
Additional charges:may apply for missing or abused items or the return may be refused if the condition is not 'like-new' or 'resalable'.)
Unauthorized:Please DO NOT return any merchandise without an approved RMA number. RMA's must be shipped back to us within 15 days after issuance. We will NOT assume any responsibility for any item returned without an approved RMA number or with an expired RMA number.
RMA Number:Email us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within the 30 day return period. You should receive a reply with your RMA# and instructions within one (1) business day. If you have not received a reply to your e-mail within one (1) business day, please call us at 1-866-737-8524.

 

Damaged or Defective On Arrival (DOA):

Refunds:We will not issue refunds because the item is defective or damaged except as detailed under the Returns for Refund section above.

DOA Period:All damage/defect claims must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect your order for damage, defect or other error.
DOA Policy:If your product is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
(Repair or Replacement option is at our discretion and determined on a case by case basis, depending upon the nature and extent of the damage or defect.)
 

DOA Policy Exceptions, Exclusions and Conditions:

Condition:NOTE: Abuse does not qualify for warranty, repair or replacement under this or any policy. Additional charges may apply if the damage or defect is due to abuse or if additional damage or defect is found to be the result of abuse.
Shipping:Note: Due to the high cost of shipping to HI, AK, PR and Other destinations outside the contiguous 48 United States, we will not assume responsibility for the shipping costs involved in replacing defective merchandise from these locations.
REPORT DOA:Email us to report the damage, defect or error with your order. You may simply reply to your order confirmation email or send an email to rma@vcdiscounter.com. (Please be sure to include your order number in all correspondence.) You should receive a reply within one (1) business day. If you have not received a reply to your e-mail within one (1) business day, please call us at 1-866-737-8524.
