Finding what you want to order:

Simply type it into the search box and click on the "Search" button or press <ENTER>.
The resulting page(s) will show all the items found on our site containing the search term or phrase you entered.
Scroll down the page as neccessary to find the item(s) you want.
Click on the title or image of an item to go to the item's detail page.
Proceed to the next section below:

Adding what you want to order into your Shopping Cart:

Once you've found an item you want to purchase

Look for the "Add to Cart" button. If you don't see the "Add to Cart" button next to the item's price, then you are not on the item's detail page and you need to click on the item's Title Link or Picture.
If the item has a mini-order form with additional supplies or options, look it over carefully and check those items you want to order with the main item before you click the "Add to Cart" button. You may also change their quantities in the mini-order form but you will be able to do that from the shopping cart also.
Click on the "Add to Cart" button to add the item and any additional supplies you selected to your shopping cart.
- You may continue shopping and add multiple items to the shopping cart by either clicking on the "Continue Shopping" link or the Back button on your browser.

Check Out:

Click the "Check Out" button from your shopping cart.
If you are not in your shopping cart, you can click on the "View Cart" link near the top right of every page to go there.

Enter the address you want your order shipped to.
- Please be sure to enter this address correctly as there will be a $10 address correction fee charged if the shipping carrier corrects the address in order to deliver your order.
- If this address is not listed as the primary or an alternate address with your credit card company, you will need to call the number on your card and have it listed as an alternate for verification purposes, but you may place the order first and contact them afterwards.
Select your shipping method. For detailed information on shipping methods, see our Shipping Policy.

If you have a coupon code, enter it in the coupon code field.
- If your order total is less than $25 you will need to remove the VCDSHIPFREE coupon from the coupon field.
Enter your e-mail address. This field is required. We use your e-mail address as our primary means to contact you regarding this order. Please review our Privacy Policy.
Enter any special delivery or other instructions into the comments section. This is where you may specify UPS or FedEx if you prefer.
Click the "Continue" button . . .

Look over all of your order information for any errors that need to be corrected.

Click the "Send Order" button . . .

Your confirmation page will have your order number. We suggest you print this page for your records and always reference your order number when contacting us about your order.
You should receive an e-mail confirmation of the order within a few minutes.
