When you may cancel your order:

| You may cancel your order any time before it ships without penalty. If you are unable to cancel your order before it ships, you may still be eligible to return the order under the conditions of our Return Policy. |

| In-Stock Orders: | Typically, orders placed after 9:30 am CST will be processed the next business day. In order to cancel your order before it ships, we would need to have the cancellation request no later than 12:30 pm CST of the day the order would normally ship. We cannot guarantee cancellation of orders requested after that time. |
| Back Orders: |
Due to our commitment to fulfill back orders as soon as possible, we may ship them on the same day we receive the product in our warehouse and without prior notice. Shipments do often arrive ahead of schedule. For this reason, cancellation requests for back orders must also be received no later than 12:30 pm CST to be valid for that day's shipments. We recommend you verify that your order has not shipped and you have received confirmation of cancellation before placing a separate order with us or elsewhere. |
| Confirmation: | A confirmation e-mail response will be sent once your order has been cancelled. If you cancel by phone, the confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that was entered on the order. |

| E-mail: | You may send an e-mail request to cancel your order to info@netvacuum.com. Please be sure to include your order number. You may also simply respond to your e-mail confirmation of the order with your cancellation request. |
| Telephone: | You may request to cancel your order via phone by calling customer service at 1-866-737-8524. If all lines are busy or if you reach us after hours, you may leave a message requesting to cancel your order. Please be sure to include your order number in any message. |
| Confirmation: | A confirmation e-mail response will be sent once your order has been cancelled. If you cancel by phone, the confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that was entered on the order. |
