SpotBot was designed for use in cleaning up various types of spots and stains. Spots and stains can happen when we know about it…a child spills a glass of juice or a cup of
coffee is knocked off an end table. Some spots and stains happen when we aren’t even aware of them, such as pet stains or when a child “forgets” to tell you they spilled.
SpotBot is a revolutionary and unique design by the leader in Home Cleaning Innovation.
The SpotBot utilizes revolutionary Spiral Brushing™ action that safely and effectively brushes, sprays and removes stains. The automatic Smart System™ has pre-programmed cycles for surface or set-in stains that eliminate the guess work when removing a stain. The SpotBot’s two specially programmed cycles measure and distribute just the right amount of water and cleaning formula and suction up tough stains, leaving carpets clean. Just push a button -- and walk away, SpotBot does the rest.
To clean pet stains using the SpotBot, BISSELL recommends using their specialized Pet Odor and Stain Removal formula with their new Oxy GEN2™, a multi-purpose oxygen-boost in the SpotBot. When using this powerful combination, organic stains – and odors— are attacked and removed. For a thorough last step, BISSELL recommends following up with their Pet Stain and Odor Removal Trigger spray, containing Enzyme Cleaning Action which eliminates the toughest organic stains and odors.
Handsfree Cleaning™
The benefit of Handsfree Cleaning is that the SpotBot will do the work for
you while you do something else.
Automatic Smart System™
The Automatic Smart System removes any doubt or guessing on how to
clean spots and stains. It features a Control Panel and has 2 cycles of cleaning you can choose from.
Once you have selected your cycle, your SpotBot has been designed to spray, brush, and suction up
the spots and stains. Depending on the cycle you have chosen, SpotBot will spray, brush and suction
in different combinations. This has all been tested and proven to deliver superior cleaning results. It
also takes the guesswork out of cleaning for you. The 2 types of cleaning cycles are.
Surface Stains
This cycle is approximately 3 minutes long. This cycle is for stains that are more
recent, ones that just recently happened or those that are more on the surface. They have not had
much time to begin setting into the carpet fibers.
Set-In Stains
This will serve best on stains that have had a period of time to set-in and
penetrate carpet fibers. These are typically the most difficult types of stains. This cycle is about 6
minutes long.
Manual / Hose
This mode allows you to remove the Vacuum Flex Hose and clean upholstery, car
interiors, stairs or anywhere you would like to work on the stain yourself.
Automatic Smart System Status Indicators
These lights will inform you of what is going on
during one of the cycles you have chosen – either Surface or Set-In. When the cycle is complete
you will see the “Finish” light illuminate and hear a “beep”.
Little Green® Formula
Is the formula used in all of BISSELL’s handheld and compact deep
cleaning machines. This is required for use on all types of spots and stains, mixed with water
some stains will require BISSELL Pet Odor & Stain Removal™ Formula.
Oxy GEN2
An active Oxygen Booster that works with Little Green Formula in the SpotBot to
permanently remove stains like red wine, coffee, cola and fruit juice.

Automatic Smart System™ Control Panel - located in the center of the unit and is where you will begin selection of the Smart Cleaning Cycle you would like to use.
Vacuum Flex Hose - wraps around the center of the unit. This serves as the travel path for dirty water and formula that is suctioned up into the Dirty/Collection tank.
Power Cord has a three-prong plug and stores on the back of the unit around the Oval Cord Wrap. NOTE: Unwrap the Power Cord completely before operating the unit.
Oval Cord Wrap - Serves as a guide for the Power Cord for storage. The Oval Cord Wrap can be gently pushed in during use.
